YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF. YOU MAY NOT COPY THE SOFTWARE ONTO ANY PUBLIC NETWORK, NOR OFFER IT TO BE DOWNLOADED FROM YOUR NOR ANY OTHER SYSTEM.

III. TERMINATION

This license will terminate immediately without notice from proDAD or juridical resolution if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. Upon such termination you must destroy and return the software, all accompagnying written materials and all copies thereof. As result to the trasgressions to the license proDAD is enabled to take juridical steps.

Another reason for a termination of the license agreement is the transfer of the software. In that case you must deliver the software, including any copies and documentation, to the transferee. The transferee must accept these License Terms as a condition to the transfer. In such case, your own registration has to be cancelled from proDAD`s data, and the name of the transferee be told in order to transfer the registration, too.

IV. Limitation of remedies and damages

In no event will proDAD or its developers, directors, officers, employees or affiliates be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information,ad the like), whether foreseeable or unforseeable, arising out of the use or inability to use the software or accompanying written materials.
